I love Jim Van Bebber… He started filming at age 11. Done some wonderful short films along with full length. I highly recommend Deatbeat At Dawn.
Here is Roadkill:The Last Days Of John Martin…only part one but I wanna tease you..this is a must see. Youtube keeps removing part two so you can imagine how utterly awesome it is..
If…[Read more]

Silent hill is filled with tons of great -WTFmoments-
So when the name Silent hill comes to mind what pops in?Mine would be the boss battle is SH3….Something about fighting a head on a skeleton bodyish thing is just creepy :eck:
-
All of the Silent Hill games hold key moments to try and scare a player. Some are very memorable and in your face that they are hard to miss. Then there are the subtle scares that only seem to catch a very small group of players. Other than the scary atmosphere, I have a favorite scare from all of the games so I cannot say I have one and only…[Read more]

which do you think is better and why?
-
I like H2 better because Rob really got to make it his own film as opposed to just another Halloween rehash…
-
^ I prefer H2 for the exact same reason Bear Jew, but we’ve had this discussion before. ;p
H2 is to H1 just like TDR is to Hotc. It’s Zombie doing his own thing. It’s raw, unnerving and brutal…and I love it!
-
My thoughts exactly!
I love how Rob’s films evolve, just like the leap from House Of 1000 Corpses to The Devil’s Rejects, He just keeps getting better.
Halloween 2 did become less of a standard Halloween franchise entry and more of an original, stand alone film, but I’m glad.
I’ll gladly take Michael Firefly over the version of Michael…[Read more]

Agreed, and there is a strange, peaceful closer to that for me. I feel Michael is truly at rest. I don’t care what they do with this H3 movie, but Michael is at peace in my eyes hehe.
R.I.P. Michael Firefly. You will be missed. ;p
-
Agree with the above. Not a fan of the franchise as a whole but it was refreshing to see this version of H2 rather than see everyone trying to emulate John Carpenter.
I just hope this fan group doesn’t get hijacked at gun point.
-
I like H2(09) better than H2(81)..as much as I like the H2(81) it doesn’t really have much to it in terms of story…Its just Michael rampaging thru a hospital trying to get to Laurie..John Carpenter has openly stated he just wrote it because of pressure from the studio and ultimately for a paycheck, but I do love it very much
…H2(09) had much…[Read more]

I really enjoyed both for different reasons. In H1, it gave me as a Michael Myers fan a reason behind psychopathy. As a young girl in the 1970′s watching John Carpenter’s original, I could not understand why a child could commit such a heinous crime against his sibling. In Zombie’s version, the viewer was able to be a part of Myers in the psych…[Read more]

Halloween was good but H2 felt more like Zombie’s film. The violence wasn’t too gory but was extremely brutal. Mane’s Michael Myers is officially my favorite. STC was excellent as Laurie. Very convincing as someone who went through hell and later found out the psychopath who caused such hell was her very own brother. Kudos also goes out to…[Read more]

h2 for all reasons stated above.
-
they’re both good for their own reasons.the fact that H2 didn’t pickup immediatley from the end of the 1st was something different altogether from the original films.question now is where does H3D start from ?!!
-
im pretty sure halloween 3d is a reboot.especially since rob has no part in it.
-
it would be cool to see yet another twist on the story !!
-
they are both great movies
-
Halloween but not by much, but I did love H2
-
i agree with liveevil hands down:)
-
i agree with liveevil hands down:)
-
As a Halloween fan…i liked Rob Zombie’s Halloween..but honestly felt he could’ve done better. H2 however…did NOT disappoint…it was phenomenal.
-
H1 is amazing and H2 is incredible. H2 is better, since it’s more of a Rob Zombie film, than doing a remake of the original H2 from 1981. Though, I love remakes more than the originals.

H2 fans January 9, 2010 8:38 pmwhats you favorite kill in H2?
Mine is when he smashes the guys face in with his boot heel.Click this link and it shows the kills in Halloween II.[Read more]
-
Probably when Michael kills the rednecks who beat him with the bat or the stripper he repeatedly smashes into the mirror…
-
hmmm….probably the nurse and buddy…i luv the hospital sequence…and i love Harley’s kill when he crashes thru the rear window of the van
-
Head stomp for me. Bloody pulp.
-
The sped up kill when Myers stabs the guy into the tree :headstab:
-
When Michael “sawed” off Richard Brake’s characters head with a piece of the wreckage, after hitting the cow. That sound effect was grisly man…grisly. Still makes me squirm. And it’s even more unnerving because the whole thing takes place while “The Things We Do For Love” is playing on the radio.
-
Definitely the part where MM kills that disgusting necrophiliac and when Dr. Loomis gets his just desserts. :pirate:
-
The head stomp was something else.Ouch, what a way to go
-
My favorite kill is definitely when he kills nurse Danielle in the beginning, and, of course, Loomis.
-
The head stomp for sure.
The decapitation early on was also great. The sound FX was…
-
probably didnt die but when laurie stabbed michael.there was something awesome about it.either that or her step sisters death.
-
I love it when Michael slams that skank ass strippers head into the mirror over and over:)
-
when he kills the guy who stops to give laurie a ride-puts him through the windshield & rolls the car right over him.correct me if i’m wrong but i think it’s the guy from the people under the stairs which makes it not only brutal but kind of funny!
-
Stripper kill,or the nurse in the hospital
-
The head stomp for sure. Just the sheer force, frustration, and ferocity behind it. It was so hardcore. Don’t fuck with Mikey.
-
probably either annies death or laury’s friend death:)
-
The nurse kill was my favorite, so amazingly brutal!! The Stripper death scene was awesome too!!
-
“Hit the bricks Dorothy”…then he gets the boot heel.
-
Nurse Daniels & Misty were my favorite deaths.
-
All of the death scenes are amazing, but yes, Nurse Daniels and Misty (The stripper) were my favorites!

Will there ever be a remake of the 1975 jaws.Well I hope so cause I could go for another jaws film. The film would rock, blood, fighting, dying. And the effects would be awsome. If there is ever another Jaws, the fans will be ready!
-
it wouldn’t have the same impact but why not ? they’re ‘re-making’ everything else.what they should do is use the book page for page.that would be cool !!
-
yes it would be cool,I like you idea;)
-
does anyone know anything about jaws 5 resurfaced.i think a sequel is better than a remake for any movie.the only remakes ive seen necessary are friday the 13th(for timeline reasons)and texas chainsaw massacre(we dont need leatherface crossdressing again)
-
There is no such thing as Jaws 5.
-
the ‘jaws resurfaced’ was a fan made short on youtube. It contained clips from the characters in their other movies (like dreyfuss in what about bob).
im usually not opposed to remakes but this one is my altime favorite so i dont think i can do anything but bitch about the remake… would watch it tho

Annie Brackett or course. her role in HALLOWEEN II was soooo good I cried ;(
yeah me too
I hated when she died
Oh well that series is dead.
Jamie was Laurie’s daughter,Michael’s niece-the focus of 2 films in the original series. She was young and innocent and a victim of shitty circumstance/DNA. Annie was really just a girl who got in the way of Michael’s mission to find Laurie. She was the average victim. So,character wise,I’d say Jamie. But because we never got to watch Jamie grow…[Read more]
I Know………..Annie Bracket Is Waaaaaaay Better!
She Died A Painful Death….
Annie Bracket
butt she was adorable as Jamie.
annie bracket
Annie is cute… But Danielle Harris was WAY better in Halloween IV.
I gotta go with Annie
