Harvey Pekar, who was a renowned comic writer, past away a few years ago and recently his wife and a few good friends took it upon themselves to begin a Kickstarter campaign. The goal of the campaign was to get a Pekar memorial created at the Cleveland library, where he spent most of his time. As a little push for people to donate, the mastermind Alan Moore took part in a two-hour web chat. Moore shares his opinions on Before Watchmen, Grant Morrison, and more. Thanks to reddit for bringing this to my attention. It’s well worth the watch.
It’s a bit glitchy at the start, but you can skip the first couple of minutes and gaze into the eyes of a genius. It’s well worth the two hours.
