With a career that began in Charles Band’s Full Moon Pictures world, directing low-budget direct-to-video films, it’s no surprise that Gordon himself would pop up in the works of other filmmakers he worked with at the time. He had a cameo in The Arrival (1991), directed by Puppet Master helmer David Schmoeller, and later appeared in the Charles Band film Trophy Heads. He also had a cameo in the anthology Tales of Halloween, playing Sherlock Holmes.
Gordon didn’t escape the John Landis gaze either, and popped up in Landis’ crime comedy Susan’s Plan. He also appeared in the horror-comedy Chastity Bites as Mr. Rowland, seen here in a behind-the-scenes clip.
