Synopsis

Killer who talks like a duck wanders around New York City killing women by various means including slicing an eyeball with a razorblade. Detective Jack Headly is hot on his trail.

This is an old thriller from the 70′s. It’s basically a Jack the Ripper style movie. I can’t tell you that much about it though because it bored me to the point of just fast forwarding through it to see the kill scenes. I must say the special effects were quite good. Most of them were very graphic and disgusting.
