This is what you call a bench-mark movie. If you wonder how disturbing and realistic looking a horror can be where it actually may be too much – this is that film. Even today’s goth kids would wince at this one. Love it or loathe it; nobody has ever denied it’s effectiveness. This movie WILL get a reaction out of you. And for that, it does deserve to be recognized as an iconic horror movie.
I remembered when I first watched this film, i was pretty shocked by the graphic nature of the film.Like the baby scene which always sticks in my mind. I suppose there should always be a film like this to seperate similarites of horror films and categorise gore if you understand what i mean.
I did though question the film, “Was that necessary ?” but now I realise it was a head of it’s time, like “Last House On The Left” and “I Spit On Your Grave”.
I’ve only seen it once as i find it a bit difficult to watch the bucket full of shocks. Though i truely believe it deserves a place in the cult classic…or iconic section (as coldblood mentions). I’ll look forward to all the remakes that I’ve mentioned here, as it’ll be interesting if they have the balls to put the shocks on screen, if they don’t then just don’t insult the movie!
KEEP IT REAL I SAY! (except killing animals of course)
This one has it all. Top notch acting, a quality script…wait, I mean…Other than the significance of saying you say the film that is banned in the most countries there is no need to see it. I suggest you pass on this one. Animal slaughtering as a use of horror has no value other than shock. There is a lot of rape and the type of violence found more commonly on the Jerry Springer Show. But, you got to give it to the filmmakers for cramming the movie with more dumpy, full-frontal, male nudity than a gay porn…When Bears Attack…AAAAGGHHHH!!! Hell, that sounds like the title to a much better Man vs. Nature horror film.
Amazing.
It doesnt deserve anything. All it takes is a sick fuck or two to go somewhere dangerous and create a snuff movie. This shouldnt even be sold in stores, there is a line I draw with Horror movies, this isnt a horror movie. Its disturbing and should only be used as educational of how fucked up one can get.
i love this movie. i was so suprised by it, not by the amount of gore and what not but how good the storyline was. i thought all i would see is some documentery film makers go to the jungle and get brutalized by cannibals but nope. the movie actual has something to say, unlike some people who just dubb it explotaion cause they can’t handle it.
fucked up and very disturibing
awesome
Truly disturbing, it stuck with me for 2 days. The primal brutality, well told, and at a good pace.
Feels more like they just wanted to shock you more than intrigue you.
Feels more like they just wanted to shock you more than intrigue you.
If you are on the fence on if you are going to watch this I suggest you just skip it. Really.
Man I had been waiting awhile to see this, and when I finally get my hands on it, I was let down… it wasn’t terrible. I love gore and what not and this was jam packed, but I was ready to be freaked out as well. In that aspect, this movie was not scary. This is all shock value horror, no suspense or “horror” involved. The story was cluttered and inconsistant and I do not understand what these white folks were doing, raping and piliging the indiginous tribes along the river… I never got it. For what? I thought they were trying to do research not destroy families and homes… overall if you want to cringe at blood and guts this is just fine, when it comes to entertainment or plot look away!
This movie was better than I thought it would be, granted it was a truly sick movie. But that is why it was good. It is meant to be disgusting and it never cops out by cutting away from the carnage. It also was good because it captured the feel of a documentary so well that at times I thought I was watching real footage which made it even more disturbing. If they would have left out the America scenes it would have been harder to watch because there would have been no break from the intense footage. It defiantly earned its reputation and will undoubtedly stay with me for a long time to come.
It’s really difficult for me to summarize an opinion for this film, considering it’s so vast and contradictory at times. (My opinion, not the film.) Anyway, I went in with unbelievably high expectations. I have high expectations for all films that I see which go far under-the-radar most of the time but with this movie they were noticeable. It wasn’t quite what I expected. It did have what I was necessarily hoping or looking for in a “first-rate” cannibal movie but in other contexts what I got was better. The music, seemingly to many at this point in time may seem somewhat cheesy and quite obnoxious. Although, it’s to be appreciated and honestly fucking fantastic. Undeniably. Now, when I obtained a copy of this what I got was the retained Grindhouse Deluxe Edition. What I found to be fantastic is that, with most of those dvd releases of older films you don’t get much aside from the actual movie. With Cannibal Holocaust? Nuh-uh, you get everything. Now, when I say everything, I mean, eve3rything even remotely related to the movie. Documentary, trailers, even Necrophagia’s music video for one of their best songs, “Cannibal Holocaust” which is un-fucking-believably fantastic. Seriously, if you’re a fan of cannibal movies or horror movies of pseudo-nostalgia, GET THIS> Straight up, yo.
In retrospect, I have absolutely no idea why I didn’t just say that I thought this film kicked ass. Maybe, I just didn’t wanna seem like many of the other shallow-opinioned reviewers.. Oh well, THIS MOVIE KICKS ASS.
One of the most disturbing, shocking movies out there. Too bad it’s 23 years old. Worth watching once if you’re a real gore hound.
I heard how “Good” this was but the worst peace of sh*t ever!
Just makes no sense what so ever just pointless gore and porn!
Save yourself time and skip this sad excuse for a movie!
This movie crossed the line for me . I love gore and this film certainly delivered on that but burying a new born child alive, raping women with stone dildos and real animal mutilation did nothing but leave a very , very bad taste in my mouth. Very disturbing and sick.
This is one of the worst Horror films I’ve seen. Its not enjoyable, I couldn’t feel sorry for the people in the movie that got killed because they deserved it. This film is not a true Horror movie, the story sucks, everything sucks about, its just Gore and Nudity. Don’t waste 2 hours of your life like I did.
While i do respect everyone’s right to an individual opinion, I cant believe how many people went into viewing this film thinking they were going to see an edge of your seat thrillride of a horror move. This is Low-Budget 70′s exploitation cinema at its very core. And nothing more. The special effects are top-notch for the time period, and Deodato sure knows how to film them in a shocking and brutal fashion.
I personally am fucked up in the head and think it’s great to see impaled women and burying newborns on film. That being said, i think the animal footage was pointless and cruel. Dont get me wrong, i was not offended at the gore of it, but it just feels insulting to me as someone who has paid to see this move, that Deodato would be so lazy in his attempts to shock us, that he would just butcher animals on camera instead of taking the time to create more effects. Pointless. And the movie would have been 10 times more dignified (i know that sounds weird) and powerfull without them.
Bottom line: A memorable experience.
a masterpiece of cinematic realism
you know, i almost bought this movie on e-bay for 90 bucks cause its so hard to find. When i finally got my hands on one i was so dissappointed. I really didnt understand why this movie was band in all kinds of countries. Basically the movie was just dull. Was expecting a lot more gore. This fucking movie blows my buts
One of my favorite horror movies.
another movie where people get what they deserve, very italian, grainy, and even shocking at times this movie will either skeez you out or make you hate the friend who showed it to you.
Honestly I can see why this movie was banned. It pushed limits, but thats what makes it amazing. I am almost never disturbed and this movie took me there. For anyone that says it took it too far, think for a minute, you watch stuff like this to be disturbed, shocked, scared, and or disgusted. Who is to say what is and what isnt sacred. I cant say I agree with everything he did in making the movie but it all came together in to a raw very realistic masterpeice. In my opinion this movie deserves respect simply putting everything out on the table and not fearing the repercussions.
When I think of horror, truly genuine horror, not the cheap stuff that teenage girls scream-giggle-giggle at, it’s almost always something hyper-realistic. Do not misunderstand me. I’m not contradicting H.P. Lovecraft when he stated that “horror and fantasy are only separated by a stream of black water”, but I am saying it’s a narrow-minded view. Fantasy worlds that we do not understand will always scare some of us, but there will also always be a group of people who find all unrealistic horror completely laughable. In the exact opposite sense, I’ve never once heard a person say that the premises behind truly realistic horror films were laughable. Ironically, realistic horror is scarce. Perhaps it’s because we live in a time where modern directors saw The Omen when they were 2-years-old, their underdeveloped minds mistook cheese for terror, and now they live and breathe to pump the horror genre full of crappy, unoriginal movies like The Unborn or A Tale of Two Sisters. Thus, whenever I see a truly realistic horror film, regardless of its quality, I can’t help but take it at least twice as seriously as I would yet another oh-there’s-a-cheesy-demon!-let’s-get-naked-then-do-some-insanely-stupid-thing-and-get-killed film. In other words: Cannibal Holocaust is far from a great film in terms of quality, but the fact it’s actually realistic gives it weight, and makes it worth watching.
The first time I attempted to watch Cannibal Holocaust, I’ll admit I was bored to the point of tears. It just seemed like a toned-down, less entertaining version of The Temple of Doom. I turned it off 15 minutes in. The next day came, and I reluctantly decided to force myself to sit through the other 70 minutes of the film. This time, it caught my attention immediately. The boring faux-documentary set-up blended into an infinitely more interesting study of human nature.
While most films that “study” human nature really just end up repeating elementary facts that we knew before we were old enough to get into PG-rated movies, there is quite a bit more intelligence here. Instead of typically displaying the entire modern society (or just the American society) as evil, Cannibal Holocaust accurately depicts the mental breakdown of the young live-for-the-moment mind. In 2009, that’s something I’ve rarely seen. In 1980, I’m pretty sure it was an original concept to display on film. Also, what makes Cannibal Holocaust infinitely more realistic to Battle Royale or Lord of the Flies is that it NEVER uses extremes. While the former two works that I listed lump the entire human race together into a single idealistic gobbledygook character type, Cannibal Holocaust does the opposite and presents good, bad, AND everything in between through diverse, realistic character traits. This is why Cannibal Holocaust is so intelligent in presenting the whole cliché “human nature is to kill” concept.
As for the quality . . . Well, people have accurately said that the acting (from the older people) isn’t great. The four (young) central characters all act realistically, and are portrayed realistically. However, I didn’t find the acting bad enough to be distracting at any point in the film. Some of the gore effects are outdated, but, again, I didn’t feel it took away from the story unless you allow it to.
The gore is minimal at best. Some would go as far as to say it isn’t there at all. There are a few generic, non-graphic Hollywood rape scenes, a few infamous animal killings, and a few human lacerations, but that’s about it. It’s nothing you haven’t seen hundreds of times before. A lot like A Clockwork Orange and Natural Born Killers, I have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA how this film was labeled as insanely violent, much less violent/gory at all. The small amount of gore that was there was simply generic, and done in a non-graphic way. I’m someone who is very sensitive to graphic gore, and I found everything in this movie below the level of violence in the average R-rated movie. Compared to any given Saw film, Cannibal Holocaust just looks bloodless. I am not complaining about this, however. Just stating the fact. The movie did not need more gore for any reason, and I blame the lack of it only on the silly infamous hype.
Overall, I found Cannibal Holocaust a very entertaining and thought-provoking experience. I watched it with low expectations and had an absolute blast. One of the most fun movies I’ve ever watched alone. Regardless of my tastes, however, it is impossible to deny the territory and importance of this film on the horror genre. It forces you out of your face fantasy world and rubs your face in the filth of the real world . . . even if that filth isn’t really that disturbing.
I had the pleasure of going into this movie knowing virtually nothing about it, besides the animal killings being real, and as I sat through this I began to question the movie. This movie tested my breaking point, this is my first explotation/rape/cannibal film, and this is the first time I watched a movie and I truly felt uncomfortable and had trouble watching (adultress punishment).
After watching this I truly thought it was a real snuff film, but i was corrected otherwise, and there is nothing that will bring me back to that first time I watch this masterpiece.
NOw to the actual review, this movie mixes the PERFECT blend of music with disturbing imagery to make you feel uncomfortable, the music is haunting and will stick in your mind for days afterwards, or in my case whistling or humming them. The gore is very well done and truly realistic, which is why I thought it was real the first time.
Do not watch this movie is your squeamish because IT DOES have REAL ANIMAL KILLINGS IN IT! The killings didn’t bother me so much because it was just to shock the audience, there was a piont to the animal killings, if you were in the jungle you would need to kill for you food as well.
The movie follows a group of filmmakers makking a documentary and you soon realize they are the true cannibals, by raping their women and burning the natives houses down and laughing about it the whole way. There is even a scene with a pole through someone;s body and you see how truly sadistic the film crew is when one of them is laughing and smiling at it then notcies they are filming and acts all shocked.
Watch this movie, watch this movie and understand it, don’t see it as shock exploitation or jsut nasty ness on screen, get inside the movie and truly understand it and you should enjoy it as much as I did. A perfect 10/10!
The best Cannibal Film ever !
most disturbing movie I have ever seen
Ok so, This movie has to be the most disturbing horror movie ever made, the killings were fake apart from the animal ones, and to be honest, id rather watch the people actually being killed rather than the poor animals that were actually killed for this film, and as people have said YES if you were stuck in a jungle you would have to kill animals but this WASNT real so they didnt have to ACTUALLY go out and kill the animals that they did kill, wich includes an Endangered species of turtle. People say ‘At Least they got what they deserved’ but they didnt because the people didnt even get killed, the human killings were fake. So no they didnt, This film is practically disturbed and shit, if anyone finds this amusing or entertaining in any kind of way must have a truly fucked up mind. YES i enjoyed the ending, because i thaught it was a snuff film, until i realised the ending was fake yet the animals had still been slaughtered for nothing?!
I will never watch this again.
ill give it half a star for the realistic ending.
this movie kinda sucked. It is waaaaaaaaay overhyped for being sooooo brutal, and honestly it wasn’t really all that brutal. i knew it wasn’t going to be a good movie so I was expecting so carnage, but it only met the expectation to minimal degree. It had some cool special effects but sometimes it looked incredibly fake and therefore ruined the illusion. I won’t even bother with the characters. just boring typical. Definitely just a movie to see to say you have seen it.
Yes it is VERY overrated and not as gory or brutal as it is told to be, but it is still a very well-made and very good movie. Extremely realistic, and the animal killings were pretty bad. The score was phenomenal; almost better than the movie itself. It had its very fake parts, but the rest was very real, and very good, and very very very. This movie will stick with you for a long time.
Overrated, but an interesting film.
This movie is disgusting. extremely gory and brutal. it had an impact on me which is why im giving it any kind of score. i like the idea of the story and that it shows how vile man really can be. i liked how in the end, they got what was coming to them. the soundtrack adds to the dread that is all through the movie. the animal killings were unnecessary and were uncomfortable to watch. the end of the movie is uncomfortable to watch. this whole movie just is something i couldnt stand to watch ever again. if you have to see it, check it out, but i dont recommend it, especially if you cant stomach some intense scenes of violence against animal and man along with some disturbing images(woman impaled). theres also a few rape scenes which i hated. just a disgusting movie.
boring movie
Disturbing. Horror movies are one thing, rape movies are something else. Not into this movie to much. Very realistic in it’s gore and I guess it lives up to it’s reputation.
Great film for an oldie, I’m suprised I’ve never heard about this untill recently. The old music made me laugh, the animal slaughters were quite disturbing, the people were just messed up. I’m glad they got what they deserved in the end.
Definately would reccomend this one
This movie may not shock people today as much as it did when it was released because we as a society are so use to hearing about rape and violence on the news from the time we wake to the time we fall asleep. When you watch this you must watch it in the context of the world in a more simple civilized manner. The responses to this movie only solidify the death of shock cinema. I was completely horrified the first time I saw this movie..the killing of animals and the rape and just the total disgard for a civilization that westerns just didnt understand. In the end you really have to ask yourself did the movie make you think, did it resinate in your mind, and most of all did it make you feel dirty and horrible for watching it and liking it? It did all those things for me..so for all the people who watch it and say it was overrated just remember someone thought it was depraved enough to arrest the director and crew of this film.
DISTURBING!
I’m always on the look out for something that disturbs me. Movies are too cookie-cutter for me most of the time. I actually received much more than I bargained for when I finally got around to watching Cannibal Holocaust. Despite the movie bearing amazingly realistic gore effects, (some that are very questionable), I was actually infuriated by the animal death scenes. I’m very against cruelty to animals, to the point of fanaticism, and the animals killed in this movie were killed just for shock value. It sickens me. The line between realism and fantasy should NOT have been crossed here, and the director should have been prosucuted, along with the actors who participated in the killings. It’s exploitation at its very worse. I can not condone this film, due to my firmly held stance on animal cruelty, and my overall taste for what makes a good movie. This movie totally killed my buzz, harshed my mellow, and kept me up until 6 am, watching it in the dark, hoping and praying that it would end. I literally felt sick to my stomach, and will NEVER watch this film again. If you’re looking to be entertained, watch something else. If you’re looking to be disturbed, Cannibal Holocaust is for you.
So, this I say to the crew who skewered my reality and made me want to vomit.
WELL DONE!
Cannibal Holocaust is hyped by many to be the most disturbing movie ever. I wouldn’t go that far but in terms of your average movie Cannibal Holocaust is definitely a very dark and nasty movie, not just for the gore but for the live animal killings, and the many on screen rapes. The stone dildo scene is also a very intense moment in the film and is pretty graphic. Overall Cannibal Holocaust is a good film that has a few moments that drag, definitely overhyped but still a must see for any fan of explotation
This movie defines HORROR. Minus the animal killings, which the director claims went to the natives for food, but little does he know that us reptile fanatics can tell the difference between a red tail boa and…forget it, I’ll just get pissed off. I am an animal lover but I am willing to put this aside and pay homage to the most gritty, most disturbing film I have ever seen. This movie is the definition of F**CKED UP. You want it, you got it, but only if you are sure…and Cannibal Holocaust delivers. But before you view this film, you better make sure that you are ready. You have more than just a seat belt to fasten! Go ahead…watch it.
They don’t make ‘em like they used to! Good lord!
From reading all that was said below I don’t need
to see this horrible and shitty movie, ANIMAL CRUELTY is NOT FOR ME BECAUSE I MYSELF AM AN ANIMAL LOVER so YES all who were involved in the
CRUELTY & the DEATHS of these poor INNOCENT ANIMALS SHOULD HAVE BEEN HELD GREATLY ACCOUNTABLE
FOR THEIR ACTIONS.I am a gore hound when the gore
is used tastefully but however in this film it
was NOT. God will punish those who mistreat, abuse
and slaughter animals, that’s just the way it is in their next life which is hopefully HELL.So
without having to see this horrid gem of a
“dOmEnTaRy” type film. 0/10.
Did anyone else need a shower after watching this movie? Lol. It was pretty graphic. I can handle super graphic shit, but not when it comes to animals. It was a great movie, but the mutilation of live animals was unnecessary and forces me to give it a lower score overall
not that good
WHy is it, every cannibal movie I’ve seen is the same premise, and is boring as fuck. No joke. The gore wasn’t all that good. It wasn’t disturbing at all. And were those animals really killed, because if they can pull of make up effects with the humans, they could of done it with the animals.
Welp at least I can say I saw it now.
This movie is the best of it’s kind. It’s kind, being disgusting, but well made horror.
Dumb ass movie. Some pretty good gore effects for back then. Not my cup of tea when a movie actually shows the actors killing live animals. Now thats just fucked up and not good directing in my opinion. Check it out just to say you saw it then try and forget about this piece of shit movie.
This infamous shocker is a tough pill to swallow mainly due to the gratuitous animal cruelty; but If you you can get past that(or better yet find Grindhouse releasing’s edition that has the option to nix the aforementioned scenes)you will find yourself with a gut wrenching, savage and surprisingly well crafted nightmare that features some amazing gore and set pieces. The best film of its sub genre deserves it’s notorious spot in horror history.
I bought this on a whim after seeing “most conterversal film of all time” on the cover. This movie was amzaing.I love how it mixed real animal murders. It was pointless yes but they did give a more undispointing expernice. The first half kinda drags a bit though the second half makes up for it.
why is everyone bitching about the animal crulety and not the last road to hell footage?
This is one of those movies that I tell my non-horror loving friends about, and they’re like “OH MAN i gotta see it”, and i say “Yeah, you probably won’t really like it…”, but i lend it to them anyway, and a few days later they give it back to me with this look of just…utter defeat. A lot of people will think “Pff whatever, I’ve seen both Hostel movies, i can handle gore” when they go into this, but few will actually be prepared for what they will see. This is “the one that goes all the way” for a reason: IT GOES ALL THE FUCKING WAY. So casual “gorehounds” (i.e. people who cringed at the “eyegasm” scene in Hostel or thought the “Saw” series were the most violent movies ever made) need not apply until they’ve seen some more stuff to adequately prepare them.
That being said, I liked it. I am a gorehound, and this movie just hit the nail on the head for me. I bought it wanting to see something truly fucked up, and that’s exactly what it delivered. As a vegetarian, I was kind of bummed out by the animal killings, but as a person who is always looking to be shocked by a movie, I was glad they were in there, cause they were definitely shocking. It goes without saying that this movie isn’t for everyone, and even hardcore fans of blood and gore might be turned off by it for one reason or another (some just plain don’t like the movie because of the script/acting/whatever), but the only real way to know is to see it for yourself. Highly recommended to anyone who thinks they can take it, and especially to those who think they can’t.
Cannibal Holocaust has been hailed as the “most controversial film ever made”.
It was banned in several countries for years and years, yet this cult classic had an underground following like no other. Up until recently it has been relatively difficult to find, but thanks to the wonderful world of the interwebs, I finally got my hands on a copy.
The film is based on an anthropologist who embarks on a rescue mission to find a film crew researching the Yacumo and the Yanomamo, what are believed to be primitive cannibal tribes hidden deep in the rain forests of South Africa. The anthropologist returns with only the crew’s footage.
The documentary footage of the missing crew reveals some of the most disgusting and disturbing images ever seen before on film. Complete with rape, cannibalism, murder, gratuitous sex scenes, torture and even some legitimate animal slaughter, the footage is reviewed by the producers of the documentary and even after the horrific realization of the motives behind the original film crew, the producers still show interest in airing the footage as a documentary.
I will not reveal any spoilers; if you want them before viewing you can go to IMDB.com and look it up yourself. I will, however, tell you that some of the most powerful scenes in the movie had me gagging and close to tears.
The animal slaughter scenes are real. So if you are anti-animal cruelty, I suggest skipping this one. The producers of Cannibal Holocaust filmed in parts of Colombia and did not have to abide by North American/European laws. The real animal murder scenes prompted the Italian government to question the human murder scenes, claiming that the movie may be a real snuff film, requiring the director to prove that the actors and actress were still breathing and in good health.
Let me put it this way, I don’t blame them, it looks real.
This movie is not for everyone. Scratch that, this movie is not for most.
If you are looking for a mindless slasher/gore flick, this is not what you want, although there is plenty of blood and guts, this is a think piece.
I am glad I was able to view it and make it through with only a few instances of almost vomiting, but the overall message of the movie was what left a really bad taste in my mouth.
It is movies like Cannibal Holocaust that make me disgusted to be a part of the human race, and yet proud that directors like Ruggero Deodato, have the ability to show us the dark side of ourselves.
Consider yourselves warned: viewer’s beware.
Sweet ass italian flic, with bad acting. The indigenous people acted quite well in front of the camera compared to the so called actors.
The ‘green inferno’ has a mystique about it that lends itself well to the atmosphere of the film.
The animal killings aren’t as disturbing as people make out, unless your an animal rights activist.
The gore was good, especially the classic ‘impalement.’
overall a must see, at least once.
fuck! i so needed to see this movie. after watching recommended movies from this site that were all not very good, this was like the cigarette after a good meal. i liked everything about this movie. sure, there’s some things that could have been better, like the acting, and some of the camera work. but overall this was done really well. way ahead of it’s time. the gore is excellent, and over the top. i had my girlfriend convinced that the found footage was actually real. LOL! i would recommend this to anybody who thinks that they can handle it. fuck it, i’ll recommend it to anybody who can’t handle it. one last thing, the murder of innocent animals is FUCKING AWESOME!! eat more red meat you peta fucks, and make sure it’s raw.
2nd best of Deodato’s cannibal entries. I still prefer Jungle Holocaust.
this isn’t a movie, it’s a rapage of one’s soul.
This movie made me feel sick, predominantly because of the relentless jostling of the camera in the latter half. The ‘hype’ I was hoping it to live up to (which it didn’t for me) was the supposed indictment against mankind. I don’t care much for the gore factor because let’s face it – although there is more than one way to skin a cat, or in this case a coatimundi – we see rank shit every day in real life and who hasn’t visited rotten.com at least once? Bad gore is a let down, but good gore should not be definitive praise either. I want some thought behind the delivery. Which leads me to my point.
The disappointing thing about this movie was that I was led to believe, from the positive reviews, that it would make me THINK (something more than how much longer to go?), and make me FEEL something (other than motion sickness), and while I get the message I think it could have been done with more finesse.
I am not so naive as to think social commentary was the driving motivation behind why this movie was made; clearly this Deodato character set out to make something very gross and very shocking and in that he succeeded… even if some of the more shocking aspects were the bad acting and abundance of porn-staches.
Just a point on morality – I am a meat eater, so while it was unpleasant to see the turtle, monkey, pig, spider, snake and coatimundi (quite a list) get slaughtered I think it is just as unpleasant for the animals that end up in my tummy to get slaughtered so I can eat them.
Anyway this doesn’t make my list and I would not recommend it as a must-see, but I am giving it some points for its authenticity in relation to its era.
