This was one hell of a weird movie. I don’t know if i liked it or not. For over the first half of the movie i wanted to quit watching, but i’m glad i didn’t. The last half of the movie helped turn things around. The ending was almost too weird. It was worth watching.
This movie is freakin awsum. I recommend this highly
I so wanted to like this movie, but unfortunately, we don’t always get what we want. It just did not seem to really go anywhere. I was completely lost and waiting for something to actually happen after about 30 minutes. I still have no idea exactly what the hell it was about. There seemed to be 2 or 3 rather uninteresting stories going on. They all intersect at the end, but it came across more forced to rush and ending than a natural progression of the story. All told, this was just a bit too boring for my liking.
I tried to watch this, but it just got really dull and boring after awhile. I actually had to stop the movie, and I never returned to watching it. I may attempt to later on, but as of right now, it’s too slow to even bother with right now.
I really enjoyed this movie; I love the concept of the dead providing evidence for their own murders then using the living for retribution. The ending was unexpected, but cool!
For about the first half of the movie I was thinking “Damn! This is friggin great” and then by the end I was thinking “WTF??!!!” I don’t know whether to love or hate this film because I have no idea what the hell it was about or what happened. The ending comes completely out of nowhere and there is absolutely NO attempt to tie up any of the loose ends. I applaud the hell out of the team for really trying to do something special on 72k, but sometimes simpler is better and the simply allowed this thing to spiral out of of their talent zone. A nice try but….
Too many storylines and too much confusion as to what the hell is actually going on, and then plot twists that make matters worse. The director tries to use gallons of blood oozing from everything to create a sinister/horror feel but it just doesn’t work, and the weird supernatural elements create no chill or thrill. Odd movie that didn’t work for me…more irritating than entertaining.
