SyFy has released the trailer for Red, their first of many horror-themed fairy tales. Red puts a new spin on a classic fairy tale with Felicia Day (“Dr. Horrible’s Sing-A-Long Blog”, “The Guild”) starring as a modern descendant of ‘Little Red Riding Hood’ who brings her fiancé home to meet the family for him to discover that his bride-to-be’s ancestral business is hunting werewolves. Stephen McHattie (Pontypool, A History of Violence) and Kavan Smith (“Stargate: Atlantis”, “The 4400″) co-star in the Syfy original from director Sheldon Wilson (Mothman, Screamers: The Hunting) and Syfy scribe Brook Durham (Mammoth, Showdown at Area 51).
