This movie was pretty good. tense but not really as tense as it could of been. The plot was pretty godo based off an old true story from the 70′s called the stanford experiment. And a remake of a german film das experiment. Forest was awesome though, he started off nice and then went bat shit insane. No gore here folk’s not many death scenes either but it’s still a good watch. And WTF did forest have boner in the one scene. LOL….

Not a bad movie, by any means, just nothing all that great. Still, it was original, and easy to watch and get into because you wanna see how the whole thing is going to play out.

However, while I’m sure the movie hopes to stir up conversations about society and the animalistic nature of the human condition, the only thing that I was thinking by the end of the movie was, ‘Man, Adrian Brody sure got peed on a lot in this…’

A very intiguing, tense, entertaining and shocking psychological/thriller of cat and mouse game. Adrien Brody and Forest Whitaker were great and proves why they won an oscar before because they’re amazing actors in every sense. The movie is fast pace from the start and doen’t let you go. There were some parts especially towards the end that I think they could of amp it up more but it is a very solid effort and remake as well. Overall it doesn’t surpass the french version but it comes very close and I think that this remake should of gone to theaters instead of Adrien Brody’s other remake Predators which was weak and boring because at least this film will have people talking, this is Lord Of The Flies for adults! Recommended!

    Good movie indeed.
I was expecting much less from this little movie, I am actually very surprised it didn’t go to theaters. More people should be seeing this movie, it’s really good. Great acting, original story, very tense, very entertaining, and the suspense is actually done well. Definitely a recommended movie

Is saw this trailer and I knew I had to watch this creepy, but engaging, psychological thriller. It is obviously about an “experiment” that goes very awry.
The subjects are paid a certain amount of cash if they stay “behaved” and follow some basic rules. Adrien Brody and Forest Whitaker are the two main test subjects who are tested to their limits, and handle the pressure in their own ways. A very well acted and executed film. I would recommend watching it if you are into psychological thrillers.

The Experiment was quite entertaining from start to finish.
It was very satisfying in story ,acting and conclusion. The experiment is where men are paid 1000 dollars a day to supposedly Simulate either a Prisoner or a guard,no one knows which they will be until they enter the facility..
Adrien Brody is an uber hottie in my opinion and a great actor and plays an anti violence anti war advocate, but just how long and how much can he take before he changes his way of thinking to an eye for an eye? The stand out was Forest Whitaker as a man given authority as a guard in a make believe world, but in actuality he’s s 42 year old man living with his coddling, emasculating mother. He see’s this as a way to get back at her by being cruel to those put in a weaker position because he feels weak in her presence. In one shocking scene he pops a woody just after handcuffing and humiliating Brody’s character.HMM?”
Cam Gigandet is evil as another faux guard who in his characters real life lives for sex, drugs and sleep..
He takes a shine to an effeminate faux prisoner and does some very evil things to him..This movie is quite brutal and hard to watch at times, some of the acts that are put upon Brody especially are very humiliating and would be hard for any man to take..
a favorite actor of mine, the much under rated Clifton Collins Jr plays another faux prisoner and baddy in typical Collins style to the hilt .The climax is a shocking and action packed. All in all a really good film.I would buy it and watch it again.

Great film, entertaining and original from start to finish. Basically what proposes the film is very interesting and original at some point, everything starts very quiet and then the tension level rises gradually to become a true madness.

It is very interesting and proposes again the question of what happens when people are subjected to pressure, and given the necessary resources to the wrong people. The story is well told and the acting is really great.

    Absolutely recommended.
