Great Paul Naschy flick involving voodoo-inspired zombies. I love Naschy flicks and Spanish low-budget horror films in general, but I know Paul Naschy films are somewhat of an acquired taste for some, being that they’re usually done on the extra cheap and come off looking like a cut-rate Universal monster film at best. That being said, I think Vengeance of the Zombies is highly under-rated. It certainly makes the most of its meager budget and could still be enjoyed by those outside of the Paul Naschy fanbase.
