How many war movies with a twist of horror thrown in have you seen and thought WHAT A PILE OF CRAP!. I thought the same when i sat down to watch OUTPOST but how wrong was i. Well written, well acted and suspenceful throughout. Its a movie you d`ont expect and is a refreshing change with a good on the edge of the seat ending. these are the type of movies that pass people by without a second look, catch it if you can.

This was a good war time movie with creepy ghosts. It wasn’t over the edge with gore and blood but still worth watching.

I was hooked all the way, I was a little let down by the end. It was a good idea and there were some creepy bits, but I was let down by the scares. I love Ray Stevenson (in a very rude way too) he was great but the movie was making out there was going to be a massive war between the germans and the Merc…but we didn’t get much in the end.

I was waiting for the injection of frights but was let down. Still worth a watch.

This is a very good movie. A good story that is well acted, and enough blood and violence to to keep most every horror buff happy. I do recommend!

Well written, and exceptionally well acted. More frights could have helped, but all in all definitely worth checking out.

Outpost isn’t what you will be expecting. It isn’t full of zombie ghosts, and isn’t action packed. Outpost has more of a story, more suspense, and more of the great acting. Outpost is a plain, boring horror that is suspensful, but will bore you up until the last half hour or so. The acting is ok, but nothing oscar worthy. The CGI is ok, but it isn’t gory, gruesome or even exciting. Worth a good rent, but don’t expect too much.

    5/10

I really enjoyed this movie. Big Ray Stevenson fan and he delivers as does the rest of the cast. Good story with lots of suspense. The Nazis were creepy and lethal. Definite recommend.

This movie is pretty original and a good watch. I remember going into this movie with no expectations and ending up liking the movie a lot. But after a second watch it was a bit too slow at times.

Though this movie is done on a low budget the effects and cast is pretty good. The cast is an 80s style cast with badass chiches. There are some good scares in the movie too, but the ending ends up being a bit too actionfilled, where that action is pretty tame.

It is worth checking out is you are into the occult and into nazi zombies ;) I love the nazi occult movies, too bad there arent that many. Is you are into dramas you might want to check out “The boys from Brazil” with nazi clones ^_^

loved it. going in i thought it was going to be like dead snow, which i love, but this had a more detailed plot and even though the characters were cliche, i loved them anyway.
NAZI ZOMBIES! the main one was really creepy..

Definitely entertaining, but I find it difficult to watch a movie where the ‘heroes’ have absolutly no chance of winning. At least give me something to hope for.

Well guys, having just watched this for the first time you must have watched a different movie to me. Cliche’d, terrrible script and truly awful CGI.I was glad when they were all dead! And the diabloical ending…..

I was expecting alot from this movie as it had such fantastic reviews. It was on sky movies Horror/Sci-Fi and was voted as very good. But really. It really should have been Watchable. I liked the idea and creativity off the film but the acting, gore and overall the accents ruined it. I would probably watch this no more than four times in my life time. it was okay but needs alot of improvement. 4/10

Above average flick, it starts slow but once it gets going it’s very interesting.

Blood Creek and Dead Snow offer more horror and gore for your Nazi fix, but Outpost has some evil and chills to offer as well. The merc cast is memorable enough, and the super Nazi ghosts/zombies are a dark and evil bunch–not a lot of kills in the movie, but the tortures and deaths at the Nazi’s hands are effective when happening. Well done, good sound effects/score, and dig the barely-lit by the WW2 generator setting. Like Dead Snow and Deathwatch war horror more, but Oupost is next along with Blood Creek.

the only good part about this movie is how the nazi zombies stab the shit out of their victims…. other than that this movie is a huge fail.
