First, of all thank you Mr. Disgusting for once again advertising films that are not even part of the Horror genre…I’m not being sarcastic about my “thank you” b/c thanks to B-D I found out about this film. I just finished watching this movie and I am pleased. I knew this film wasn’t horror in the 1st place so I knew what to expect…yes, my expectations for this film were a little high but I loved the movie. The main reason I saw this was b/c I love Maria Bello and she did a very good job…I could feel her sadness n desperation to end her life. Rufus Sewell is an actor that I have never liked (I hate lookin at him) but the guy was good being a worthless/self-centered asshole of a husband…no wonder Nancy wanted to kill herself. What can I say about Jason Patric? Odd casting but he was fine. BTW that plot description makes NO justice to the film. This dark DRAMA it’s not for everyone but I recommend it if you’re into depressing films etc.

very haunting.. you can almost feel maria bello’s pain during the entire film.. btw, was excellent in her role.. acting by the main 3 leads were great.. this film made my hair raise on my arms and nearly brought me to tears after I saw how deep in depression Nancy really was.. a very powerful film that should not be missed.. NOT a horror movie.. BUT definetely not a lifetime movie, which everyone who hasnt seen it is making it out to be.

I thought this movie was amazing. The main characters used their emotions to perfection. Maria was amazing in the role of Nancy, the entire movie you could just feel what she was going through – to the extent someone can understand someone wanting to die. The whole film seems bleak and dreary which fits perfectly with the story line.
