Synopsis

Story, which is shot in post-Katrina New Orleans from a script by Roberts, follows the tale of a man emotionally numbed and closed off to the decay and corruption of the city surrounding him. One day he discovers a striking tattoo on the body of a murdered young woman, triggering a sequence of haunting dreams from his childhood and forcing him to confront his emotions.
