Grevioux’s ‘The Pale Horsemen’ Gets Adapted

Underworld-franchise co-creator Kevin Grevioux will make his directing debut on the adaptation of his graphic novel, The Pale Horsemen, that Larry Meistrich’s NEHST Studios has picked up to produce. The Pale Horsemen is described as a supernatural thriller that revolves around a gang of hit men who are forced to work together to uncover who killed their mentor. Grevioux will also pen the script. The book is published through Grevioux’s DarkStorm Studios imprint. The film rights to several of Grevioux’s other graphic novels have also recently been picked up, including ZMD: Zombies of Mass Destruction, optioned by Benderspink, and I, Frankenstein, at Death Ray Films. Grevioux’s ‘ZMD’ Finds a Director, Prepping ‘Frankenstein’

Co-producer and star Kevin Grevioux talked to B-D a bit on the carpet of Sony Screen Gems’ UNDERWORLD: RISE OF THE LYCANS where he revealed that they’re closing in on a director for his comic adaptation ZMD: Zombies of Mass Destruction. “We do have a director attached, but I cant mention him right now,” while also confirming that the director is a genre guy we’ll all know, “yeah, yeah [it's a genre director], it’s gonna be cool man.” He also threw in a little tid-bit that he’s now working on a comic book starring a certain legendary Universal monster, “I also have a FRANKENSTEIN comic I’m working on right now that deals with the mythos.” You can check out UNDERWORLD in theaters now, watch this spot for a director soon for ZMD.
