this was a good film. give it a chance; it’s certainly not disappointing. the acting is great (despite the corny-sounding voice-overs) and the imagery is stunning.

An pretty clever, witty, engaging and entertaining sci-fi/thriller that was quite refreshing. The movie mostly is story and character driven than relying on gore or action scenes. Paprika Steen’s wacky performance was the highlight of this movie and is the main reason why you should rent this. It was slickly made and different from the norm, but overall I just didn’t get much out of it as I would have liked and just wasn’t as good as I thought it would be, slightly overrated in my opinion, I think it needed more action. A decent watch if you are looking for something different.

Very different and I enjoyed it. I still dont think that this needed to be R rated except for all the little kids saying fuck all the time. All in all a fun little import.

Beware the man-eating teacher looking for love in all the wrong places! Chickens, tentacles, salmonella, and pre-teen angst included.

Bit misleading Ghost House movie and dvd cover–the is more of a sci-fi comedy than any kind of horror. For what it’s worth, the story is ok, the kids are actually kinda funny and have some good moments, and the actress playing the alien teacher rode the fence between charming professional and deceiving bitch well. This won’t be for everybody–mild entertainment, but enjoyable for what it is. Putting setup on Danish language and English subtitles is a must, though–the overdub is awful.
