Easily the best out of The Mummy movies and maybe the best Hammer film. Great images and Christopher Lee coming out of the muddy waters is downright iconic. You can really see where some of todays directors get their “unstoppable foe” from as this mummy gets shot, stabbed and shot again… and still keeps coming.
I’m hoping that Hammer brings this to US Blu Ray while Lee can still do any kind of extras he can. There are very few horror icons left and it would be a shame if we couldn’t get his word on things.
