This wasn’t a horrible movie. The problem is, it wasn’t anything special either. If anything, it was a solid horror film–good for one watch, and okay enough to keep your attention to the end. The ending itself was lacking.
“Malenka”, better known under the horrendously stupid title “Fangs Of The Living Dead”, is the very first horror film from “Blind Dead” creator Amando de Ossorio – unfortunately, it’s also one of his weakest.
The story of a model (the beautiful Anita Ekberg) who inherits a castle in Spain, only to learn that her ancestors were vampires, is pretty interesting – sadly, the whole movie is extremely slow and tedious due to poor pacing and a really tiresome script.
The acting is pretty ok, the girls all look hot and I highly enjoyed the performance of CÃ
