I found my opinion of this film wavering back and forth as I watched. Parts of it were believable and there were some cool effects, other parts had me groaning and disappointed. Its not a particularly scary film, but its still enjoyable for fans of the exorcism theme. There is a bit of a twist in the second act that I found kind of unnecessary as it didn’t really change anything and kind of took away from the emotional impact for me. Worth watching as a popcorn flick, especially as its on Netflix right now, but nothing all that new or exciting.
