A great start to what I hope to be the greatest Horror series of all time.Zombies looked beautiful.I love the sense of dread. The Intensity is powerful. This show is in very capable hands.I raise my beer to say here’s to The Walking Dead.

Sorry, love the series, but WAAAAY too much focus on 2 stupid kids in this opener which premieres are supposed to blow you away. Very disappointed.

Great opener to the second season. First 30 minutes were pretty intense and then it slows down and then the ending came and it blew me away. This show is better then most zombie horror movies. Also really like the character interaction in the show. Just hope the show holds up. I’m rating this only on the 1st episode. I should wait till the season ends but whatever. Great stuff so far!

I may be late to the party (haven’t read up much on the TWD development since Season 1) but I have a feeling that there will be no Tyreese. If Hershel’s Farm is up next and Shane isn’t dead, then Tyreese has been skipped over. He could come later but would it fit? Damn it, Kirkman and AMC!!! What are you planning?

I watched every episode of the first season and fell in love with this show. So going into episode 1 of season two, I knew I wasn’t going to be disappointed. And sure enough, I wasn’t. The beginning was intense and just kept getting better as the episode kept going. I can’t wait to see what happens to these survivors as the season keeps going.

Maybe I’m missing something, but how is it that Glen and Rick had to cover themselves in blood, gore and zombie stench to survive in Atlanta, but now suddenly they can all hide under cars just inches from a herd and not be sensed? They can’t shoot guns because that would alarm the zombies but Andrea and the little girl screaming when they are attacked somehow doesnt do the same thing? I guess we can add lack of continuity to the character development problem that still persists. Just too mindless, even for a zombie series.

Despite a couple of minor inconsistencies this is pretty damn good. Good to see fully fledged horror back on the small screen. The first episode ticks all the right boxes. Loads of grotesque zombies and zombie gore, a fair bit of suspense and the first signs that all is not well in the camp, with people wanting to split and go their own way. This final element should make for some great drama in the next few weeks. I only hope now that they have the Daranbont episode out of the way that the quality doesn’t dip.

What this show provides is an unrelenting sense of dread: nothing good is going to happen to any of these people; yet, they still press on. That’s what makes zombies stories good: how do the survivors make it one more day without giving up? I hear people complain about not having enough zombies in the first two shows, so far, but at some point there has to be a story. You can’t simply go from one zombie attack to another; it will get boring after a while. If that’s what you want, go play a video game.

Hell yeah. This is a great watch. Lots of tense drama with a good dose of sick zombies. Atmosphere is superb. Can’t wait for the next one. I think I’ll have to add to my gun collection in case this shit happens for real.

I have to admit, the show started amazing but then became very slow. But you know what? I like that! There is character development! If they were to add Walkers to every single episode, you know it would get boring eventually because it would be like Dawn of the Dead on repeat. So I think many people need to give this second season I chance. Love the show, can’t wait for the second part of season 2 to start in 2012.

Screw the haters, and screw the bandwagon “fans” this show is the real deal. I’ve been since Halloween night last year when season one premiered. I’ve been hearing about a lot of people disliking season two, which I don’t understand. I love this show! It’s the best thing on television right now.

Definite improvement from the first season. Yes, it can be a little slow, but personally I like that, as it allows character development and focuses on the dynamics on the group. Some of the scenes in this have been completely mind blowing, the deer, the barn, incredible.

I don’t think I have ever been so gripped by anything in my entire life like I have been by The Walking Dead. I loved the first season and was worried about the second not being as good, especially when Frank Derabont left/sacked as show front runner. I had no need to worry at all. From the heart stopping opening episode to the cliffhanger before the Christmas break The Walking Dead delivered!! Then we returned after the hiatus, and OMFG it just got better!!

As a viewer this show has the power to bring every human emotion to the surface. It gets people talking. It appeals to all audiences. It get’s under your skin. I know non horror fans who love and watch this show religiously and it is a massive talking point in the office too. You walk past people and hear them… “OMG! Did you see The Walking Dead last night??” Everyone is talking about it.

I really cannot find anything to “Bitch” about this show. The acting, writing, storytelling, action, drama, make up, cinematography. Everything about it is just sheer brilliance!! I cannot wait for the third season it’s going to be a long 7 months. Well done to the whole team who bring this amazing show to life week by week. If you haven’t already done so, just watch it for yourself, and “Marvel” at the future of serial horror drama. 10/10

It’s sad how people don’t appreciate this show enough. This is a classic in the making. Sadly The Walking Dead will only be appreciated 10-15 years after it’s off the air.
