‘Cooties’ Alternate Ending Will Be On the Home Video Release!
School lunches will forever be tainted after the disturbing and hilarious Cooties (review #1, #2) arrives on Blu-ray (plus Digital HD), DVD (plus Digital) and Digital HD December 1st from Lionsgate Home Entertainment.
The Cooties home entertainment release includes an audio commentary with the cast and crew, two behind-the-scenes featurettes, deleted and extended scenes, an alternate ending and gag reel.
It’s a big deal to see some of this extra footage being that there were additional shooting days added after the Sundance premiere. I’m curious to see how it originally ended…

One of my personal favorite horror movies of all time, 1987’s gateway horror classic The Gate is opening back up on May 14 with a brand new Blu-ray SteelBook release from Lionsgate!
The new release will feature fresh SteelBook artwork from Vance Kelly, seen below.

When best friends Glen (Stephen Dorff) and Terry (Louis Tripp) stumble across a mysterious crystalline rock in Glen’s backyard, they quickly dig up the newly sodden lawn searching for more precious stones.
