This ‘XX’ Clip is All Kinds of WTF!

Roxanne Benjamin, who produced the first two V/H/S films with Bloody Disgusting, as well as directed a segment of our Southbound anthology, is part of the eclectic XX, the all-female anthology that Magnet will release on February 17, 2017.

We now have a shocker of a clip from Benjamin’s XX story, “Don’t Fall”, which stars Angela Trimbur, Breeda Wool, Morgan Krantz and Casey Adams. Chris Harding (Southbound, The Devil’s Candy) also produced.

Here’s the plot of “Don’t Fall”:

A group of adventurous friends get into trouble when they venture off the beaten path and trespass on someone – or something – else’s land on a camping trip.

The clip shows an attack towards the end of the segment, revealing a fucking insane creature rockin’ some wicked practical effects work!

Benjamin is also a long time Bloody Disgusting family member who went from writing for us to producing the first two V/H/S films and most recently directing this wicked Cherry Glaser music video.

Here’s the clip from Benjamin’s “Don’t Fall”…

This looks great. I loved V/H/S 1 and 2, as well as Southbound. I don’t know why, but short films and anthologies are some of my favorite horror offerings. Trick R Treat, A Christmas Horror Story, Tales of Halloween…They all harken back to the good old days of my youth, spent watching Creepshow, Tales from the Darkside, Twilight Zone and Tales from the Crypt.

  • I liked the creature design but the acting…….dear lord
