Kino Lorber and Code Red have announced three new horror releases for the month of October. Getting the month started will be the release of Mario Bava’s Kill Baby Kill on Blu-ray and DVD on October 10th. As a huge fan of the elder Bava this is a release I’ve been dying to get on Blu. I have it on a number of poor quality DVDs, so I’m eager to see what Kino was able to do with it.

The next two titles will come on October 17th in a form of a couple of DVDs from Kino Lorber’s partnership with Code Red. These titles will be Revenge of the Dead and The Terror Within II. These titles are very much Code Red titles and it’s nice to see them getting out to a wider audience due to the involvement of Kino Lorber.

It’s important to note that these titles are only the standard Kino Lorber and Code Red titles being released in October. Under their Kino Lorber Studio Classics banner the company will be putting out some additional titles including the highly anticipated Rawhead Rex.
