All the Horror Coming to Netflix in October Includes ‘The Shining’ and “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina”

With a clip compilation video last week, Netflix previewed the blood, guts and frights that’ll be available to stream in the lead up to Halloween, and now we’ve got the full list of October arrivals that promise to make the streaming service your one-stop shop for Halloween.

Here’s everything you can expect on the road to Halloween…

Hold the Dark NETFLIX FILM  

Summoned to a remote Alaskan village to search for wolves that took a local boy, a naturalist soon finds himself caught in a harrowing mystery. See trailer here.

Gateway Horror Classic ‘The Gate’ Returns to Life With Blu-ray SteelBook in May

One of my personal favorite horror movies of all time, 1987’s gateway horror classic The Gate is opening back up on May 14 with a brand new Blu-ray SteelBook release from Lionsgate!

The new release will feature fresh SteelBook artwork from Vance Kelly, seen below.

When best friends Glen (Stephen Dorff) and Terry (Louis Tripp) stumble across a mysterious crystalline rock in Glen’s backyard, they quickly dig up the newly sodden lawn searching for more precious stones.
