Amazing Artists Reimagine Classic Horror and Sci-fi Movie Posters

I love a good fan-made movie poster. There’s passion in them that’s usually lacking in the “official” thing, which is almost always watered down to catch the eye of the largest possible audience. These eschew all that PR garbage in favor of a less restricted, more creative approach. Over at Reelizer, they have a series where artists reimagine posters for classic films like Terminator and Aliens, among a myriad others. I would happily make room for every one of them on my wall.

How about you? Which one(s) do you like the most?

The ones for Gremlins, Beetlejuice, and Psycho are my favorites but these are all really interesting and creative. Love them!!

There any way to buy prints of these?

Hah, nevermind. Found some on Ebay. They’re mostly Mondo stuff and super expensive.

Nosferatu, Beetlejuice & Aliens – now these would look lovely in my house!

Damn! I didn’t even particularly care for “Audition” when I first saw it and I want that poster. It’s incredible! I also really like the ones for “Psycho” and “The Howling”. Alas I have no wall space on account of other horror movie posters…It’s a terrible addiction.
