‘Black Creek’ Trailer Channels ‘Evil Dead’

From Last British Dragon and Sparrowhawk Pictures, James Crow’s Black Creek heads into the woods whewre demons cause the teens to commit horrible crimes. You know, like in Evil Dead!

Here’s the first trailer from the indie that begins when, “Mike and Heather’s father die and they go to his favorite spot to spread his ashes. A cabin in the secluded woods. They are joined by some friends as they go for what is supposed to be somewhat of a holiday. While there, a demon emits chaos by possessing the teens and they commit horrible acts. Welcome to Black Creek. The Hunting Season has begun.

Chris O’Flyng, Leah Patrick, Michael Copon, Kaylee Williams, Robert Lowe, Michael Hill, Rachel Vedder, Pierse Stevens, Brianna Shae, and Todd Clennon star.

    Okay, will do.

    Of course I jest – the movie doesn’t look that great to be honest, but I love me some Evil Dead style shenanigans and like to support indie film-makers (you never know, there could be some talent here) so I’ll probably pick it up at some stage, cheap, and watch it with an open mind. You gotta at least do that.
    I don’t expect much from it (hence waiting to pick it up cheap) but I could be surprised.

    I made it halfway through the trailer and given the immense drivel I witnessed, I think that was pretty generous.
