Best Buy Lists a January 11th Release Date for ‘Halloween Kills’ 4K Ultra HD Steelbook

Published

on

Now playing in theaters as well as streaming exclusively on Peacock, David Gordon Green’s Halloween Kills is one of the most hotly-anticipated physical media releases on the horizon, as horror fans are itching to add the latest sequel to their Halloween franchise collection.

When can you expect it?

According to Best Buy’s website, Halloween Kills will be released on January 11, 2022. That’s the date, at least, for the store’s exclusive 4K Ultra HD Limited Edition Steelbook release.

At this time, Amazon’s website isn’t yet listing a release date.

We have no official release details at this time, but David Gordon Green did recently suggest that an extended version of the movie with an alternate ending is likely on the way. Additionally, we’re hoping to see an additional shot of Michael Myers that was cut from the theatrical/streaming version, notable because it features ’78 star Nick Castle as The Shape.

Stay tuned for more as we learn it.

The teenagers soon understand what evil they’ve released as they are overcome with an assortment of horrific experiences. With fiendish followers invading suburbia, it’s now up to the kids to discover the secret that can lock The Gate forever . . . if it’s not too late.
