This is my second favorite silent film of all time.
    "Sha Nagba Imuru"

Mad Hatter: "Have I gone mad?" ALICE K: "I'm afraid so. You're entirely Bonkers. But I'll tell you a secret, ALL THE BEST PEOPLE ARE."

i agree this movie was good for its time, and is not noticed enough, the image i thought was creepiest was his shadow walking along the wall.
What's the point in living if you can't feel alive?

What does everyone think of Vampyr in comparison with Nosferatu?

The best vampire film ever made. Herzog's remake was great too.

I prefer Nosferatu, because I'm more a fan of traditional narrative than surrealism, which Vampyr excels at.

That being said, they're both marvelous flicks. I'd also give props to silent films The Cat and the Canary and The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari.

I never saw this, I am not sure if I would like a silent film, Nosferatu looks creepy as hell, maybe I should invest in this DVD.

It's definitely worth the money. It's pretty expensive to buy, but again it's worth. There are a bunch of different versions of it as well.
