    Spoilers

I knew that she was the girl under the sink but I thought that was actually Su Yeon's ghost when she came to the realization that she was in fact dead when the father hit us with the revelation? The thought did occur to me that she was also a figment of Su Mi's imagination but I thought otherwise. Maybe i'm wrong. And I wouldn't even bother with Will Double. Have you seen his sorry ass dvd collection? My penis has better taste than he does.

Well, I certainly don't think the movie deserves the praise it gets but I did enjoy it and am glad to have it in my collection. I just don't think it's as original or ingenious as it's made out to be.

Still, I can see how certain minds would be floored by this movie and see it as pure gold. To each his own, I suppose. I would recommend it, but only for the cheap wal-mart price I see it going for in my town (I've never seen it priced higher than $9.99, and rightfully so).
Dear Forum Members : English motherfuckers, do you speak it?

At the beginning of the film the father is bringing her home from the hospital because she already suffers from this delusion, that's why he's always on the phone saying she's getting worse etc.. and who he's on the phone to is the nurse who Su Mi sees as the step mum character, but is actually a delusion. When she comes to the house at the end of the movie that's the first time she's really there since Su Mi came home from the hospital.

Jesus Christ I feel like I got brain freeze trying to get that straight in my head!

Thats why I love this movie though, there's so much going on that it takes multiple viewings to figure it all out, but it's filmed in such a way that you can. A lesser director would have easily made a muddled mess out of it.

I can't agree with on on A Tale of Two Sisters for the simple fact that I haven't seen it.

But I do agree that the decrepid girl with long black hair in her face gets VERY VERY old.

I also didn't see what people enjoyed about Versus? I mean it wasn't completely horrible, but honestly I would never watch it again nor recommend it.

American, Italian, Asian... Who gives a fuck? If a movies good it's good, if it's bad it's bad.

Thanks for proving my point because we all know how smart you are. I like to watch movies for enjoyment and for an experience. You like to watch movies that make you feel smarter for figuring out their dumb twists. If a movie doesnt entertain or hold my interest I don't care what half assed pscho babble bs the writer/director is shoving down my throat. If you need your tired film school geek insights into movies to prove to yourself that your a smart baby, fine. I don't, because I'm not insecure.

Clearly you are very insecure. So you don't like a movie that challenges you to use your brain. It seems to me you more than a little pissed off that other people do like it. If you can't keep up, that's fine, but don't resent people who enjoy figuring out the mystery because it frustrates you.

If this movie challenged you to use your brain I'm very sorry for you. What do you do with your brain when your not watching these complex HORROR movies?

Since you asked, I spend my time killing my brain to enjoy myself and I work to pay the bills. I'm not even going to bother asking what you do since it's obvious you spend your time nursing that monumental chip on your shoulder.

It's like this, you can't hate a great film because you're too stupid to appreciate it. It's like hating a woman because you're too ugly to fuck her. It doesn't make sense. The fault doesn't lie with the film, it lies with you.

Like I said before I wouldn't bother with this guy. I know his type. He's a porno store clerk who only likes obscure trash flicks that are intentionally bad.(which are fun but obviously there's so much more out there) He's as cliched as you can get.

See the thing is I never said I hated or liked the movie. I just made one little comment and everybody started calling me or implying that I'm stupid. I'm not the one who has a chip on my shoulder. I obviously hit a nerve with you and N2N with my comment because you know I'm right.

No, you see I just don't run around on horror message boards trying to prove how smart I am because I watch other movies besides slasher films. You don't know what films I watch because I don't wear them as a badge like you all do. I stopped putting my little film ratings on my signature because I realized nobody cares.

Plus your opinion doesn't matter I never seen you rate a movie lower then and 8. Everyting is a 9 or a 10 to you. You would rate two hours of static a 9.

Wow...So you're insulting me because I'm intelligent and like movies where thought is part the enjoyment and the experience?...That pretty much defines insecure...

Movies don't make me feel smarter until I come here and am exposed to people like you...You see, it's you that makes me feel smarter...Not the movie...

I don't think someone is less intelligent for not getting the movie nor smarter for getting it...I do think people that use blanket statements, such as the one you used, as an insult to be incredibly ignorant...If the statement you made were true, then why would I ejnoy movies like Deep Blue Sea, I Know What You Did Last Summer, or the first 4 Friday the 13ths...None of those will ever be accused of being "intelligent"...Nope...I like those movies merely because they entertained me...

As for my "tired film school geek insights"...Well all I can say is I would rather be educated and know what I'm talking about then have to worry about how I come off to someone who thinks that going to film school makes one a geek...

This may come as shock to you, but often times movies are about something more than what's on the surface...Some filmmakers have something to comment on and use their movies as such...Some aspire to do more than entertain on the most basic level...Unlike you (and I base this on your comments here), I appreciate a movie that manages to be engaging and provokes thought AS WELL AS entertains me...

The fact that I can talk intelligently about a movie upsets your for whatever reason, but I don't and haven't studied psychology so I can't tell you what complex you suffer from, but it is a complex...

So if we ingored you that would have meant you were wrong?...Damn it...I'm not as smart as I think I am...

If memory serves me correct I gave The Crazies, Audition, and The Amityville Horror Remake lower ratings than an 8.From your post it's quite obvious I hit a nerve. I wish I could be a hip porno store clerk such as yourself Carry on..
