Ahhh. My bad. I've never seen the other two but Pete Walker films are quickly becoming a favorite of mine.
And I still think the premise of noes was a huge wasted opportunity.
It's all good. Only film I've seen from Walker was Frightmare, and it was pretty fucking harsh! The other two I put out there are pretty wild too; Deranged being an especially DERANGED take on the Ed Gein atrocities, and Deathream functioning as a sort of vampiric allegory of drug use among Vietnam vets. Also, if I'm not mistaken they are Savini's first (deathdream) and second (Deranged) FX credits.
i never knew the song from flashdance'shes a MANIC on the dancefloor' was meant for manic movie!.
wen`t something like'he`s a manic a manic and he`ll nail your cat to a door'.
It was actually the other way around. They wrote the song based on the movie.

why does everything need to be remade i cannot see this movie making a good remake at all. The crappy quality of the original lends itself to the charm of the flick if they polish it up and throw in some flavor of the week teen actor its going to horrible.
