You’ll Be Able to Pre-Order ‘Evil Dead: The Game’ Starting Next Week!

When will you be able to pre-order Evil Dead: The Game? It’s a question we’ve been getting asked a lot lately, and thanks to the developers, we finally have an answer this week.

As we learned last week the game’s new release date is May 13, 2022, and we’ve learned today that you’ll be able to pre-order Evil Dead: The Game beginning NEXT WEEK!

The team tweets today, “More info on Evil Dead: The Game is ahead. Next week, pre-orders will begin alongside a short video with a look at our groovy little pre-order bonus.”

“And soon after, Gameplay Video #2 with a deeper look at the experience of playing as the Kandarian Demon,” they tease, so keep your eyes peeled for that very soon!

Boss Team Games and Saber Interactive’s Evil Dead: The Game is set to feature single-player and co-op gameplay, promising to be the ultimate Evil Dead experience in the world of video games. Several characters from the movies and TV series will be playable in the game, along with four different versions of Deadite-slaying horror hero Ash Williams.

And yes, Bruce Campbell is voicing all the different versions of Ash – including Evil Ash! – being joined by several other returning stars from the franchise’s past. Betsy Baker will be back as The Evil Dead‘s Linda, alongside Theresa Tilly‘s Shelly in “special appearances.”

Other confirmed playable characters thus far include Ellen Sandweiss‘s Cheryl Williams from The Evil DeadMarcus Gilbert‘s Arthur from Army of Darkness, and Richard DeManincor‘s Scotty from The Evil Dead, as well as Ray Santiago‘s Pablo Simon Bolivar and Dana DeLorenzo‘s Kelly Maxwell from “Ash vs. Evil Dead,” with the demon Eligos from the Starz series being included as well. Henrietta from Evil Dead 2 and Evil Ash from Army of Darkness will also be featured in the game, as well as Henry the Red from Army of Darkness.

In the game, “Work together as a team of four survivors, exploring, looting, crafting, managing your fear, and finding key artifacts to seal the breach between worlds. Or take control of the powerful Kandarian Demon to hunt Ash and his friends while possessing Deadites, the environment, and even the survivors themselves as you seek to swallow their souls.”

Evil Dead: The Game is an upcoming co-op and PvP multiplayer title in development for PC, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

Stunlock Gives a Glimpse of New Content for ‘V Rising’ With Ruins of Mortium Gameplay Trailer [Watch]

The full release of V Rising is coming up quick. And just in case the upcoming Castlevania crossover wasn’t enough, Stunlock has released a new gameplay trailer showing off the new Ruins of Mortium endgame zone for V Rising.

Once the heart of the powerful Vampire civilization, the Ruins of Mortium now lies in ruins, teeming with the cult-like remnants of Dracula’s forces. Players will encounter the Draculin, creatures tainted by Dracula’s influence, and face off against his Vampire Generals. The ultimate challenge awaits as players journey into the depths of Mortium to confront Dracula himself. While battling through his forces and disrupting dark rituals intent on reviving the ancient Vampire king, players will uncover ancient powers and prepare for the ultimate showdown against the tyrant himself.

Ruins of Mortium is just one piece of the new content for V Rising when it launches in full. Here’s a rundown of what to expect:
