Now it costs 150 bucks for a copy of this classic. If I had money to burn, I'd pay it.... but this is America we're talking about the land of the rich, and home of the poor.
    Agree with this.

The sequel deserves a proper release as well.

Agreed. Unless there's some sort of rights issue or transfer issue, I can't understand the holdup on these. They've already put so many lesser horror films out there by now that holding off on sure fire hits like these is mind boggling.

Also, I'd like to see Exorcist 3 and Phantasm.

i'd really love if a Region 1 Blu-Ray was released for "Wolf Creek". doesn't seem that likely now, years since the DVD was released.
              Pinhead: Time to play...
              Kirsty Cotton: Wait!
Pinhead: No more deals child, it is your flesh we want to experience, not your skill at bargaining.
Kirsty Cotton: No deals, just information, just information!
Pinhead: Go on... but trick us again child, and your suffering will be legendary even in Hell!

Carrie 1976 and 2002 should be on Blu-ray.

So many things I didn't even know were on Blu-Ray.

The 1976 version already is; the 2002 version should never have been made.

EDIT: Klown beat me to it.

Many of the horror movies produced by the Hammer studio are to be re-mastered, compiled with extra features, and released on Blu-Ray discs for retail.
                        .

"Fright Night" deserves a release with all the trimmings. And not horror but I want "Dragonslayer" on Blu.

Too bad Fright Night has come and gone. No way was I paying $30+ for a bare bones Blu.

Looks like Re-Animator and TCM2 are on the way though!

                                The one by Eagle Pictures?

According to online sources, the picture's slightly cropped and, well, looks kind of shitty compared to the Shout Factory release.

Being in the UK, I wish Shout Factory wouldn't region-lock their discs, but I'm guessing it's to do with their licence or whatever.
