Last Train to Deadsville(Demon Hunter/Detective with a frankestein monster sidekick) more funny than anything else

Return to the Barrow(30 days of Night Continues after Dark Days)

          Remains(Zombie Apoclaypse )

Midnight Mass(Excellent story about magic and monsters and how they are sick of being the minority and want to take the world back)
The Lord of Darkness: The dreams of youth are the regrets of maturity.
          (Legend 1985)

Today's new comic day at my newsstand. I'm going in like an hour and I'll report back. I'm really hoping for the new Daredevil and Batman/Superman.

I picked up Identity Crisis #1 yesterday, damn good stuff. I also picked up Batman: Scratch #1. A werewolf story kinda. I haven't read it yet, but I'll give a full report when I do.

                  Identity Crisis#1

One of the best books of 2004. Brad Metzler is wriitng this thing fantastic.

Spoiler: Lois Lane is in the Coffin. Just kidding.

Major Spolierif you don't want to pay the 4 bucks for the issue.)
[spoiler:37ccc4eb3b] Sue, Elongated Man's wife, is in the coffin. She gets hacked in this issue and she was pregnant, kinda like a "Seven" thing. The OLD school JLA knows who it is...will Elongated Man find out?[/spoiler:37ccc4eb3b]

I picked up the new Robin last weekend...first appearance of the new female Robin. I haven't actually read it yet. New Batman and what not this week I think. I really like what Judd Winick's been doing...a lot.

                            Ultimate Spiderman #61

                            Carnage Part 2 (of 5).

This is probably one of the best storylines of the summer. It's right up there with the current Identitiy Crisis, Astonishing X-Men (confirmed the 2nd best selling comic of the 21st century) and Superman storylines. Pick up this and #60 ASAP!

Dr. Conners has used Peter's blood sample/DNA (with Parker's permission) to use it for reasearch. Well, that research has birthed a monster - CARNAGE![/spoiler:239fdbcad5]

Today's new comic day again...I'm hoping for some good shit. I really want to check out Identity Crisis and Astonishing X-Men, but I have a feeling I'll be waiting for the trades of both of them...due to my lack of comic book store within reasonable walking distance.

Oh yeah...for perspective, Astonishing X-Men being known as the 2nd best-selling comic of the 21st century...a century that's not even 10 years old yet...

For my part it'd Hellboy: The Wloves of Saint August.
Pretty neat little story. Mignola is so great for atmosphere!
                                Dr Bo,
Man of Kitsch, robots and glamour. And some horror too.
