Just read the premise--sounds very interesting, so I'm about purchase.

Awesome Karl Edward Wagner score. Love his horror stories.

                    My last handful of paperbacks:
House on the Borderlands by Wm Hope Hodgson
                    Prodigal by Melanie Tem
The Grave by Charles L. Grant
The Origin of the Crabs by Guy N. Smith
                    The Amulet by Michael McDowell

Pretty nice horror haul if I do say so myself!

l had to pay an arm and a leg for those, but l know they'll be worth it. Karl Edward Wagner is criminally underated.

                            • As a big fan of rock'n'roll bios--even of bands I don't like--that Motley Crue one is AWESOME. I recall flipping thru it when it came out, realizing the stories were just incredibly sleazy and fantastic, and actually bought it in hardcover. I mean, I like their first couple albums, but damn if that book is just one helluva tell-all that rivals anything about Led Zep or the Stones or G'nR or the Dead Boys or other hellraising bands.
