  • Women In Trouble (2009) 7/10 first installment of a planned trilogy and it doesn't disappoint it's smart with a terrific cast. Carla as porn star Elektra Luxx steals the show with Holly and Bambi's story right up there too.

Elektra Luxx (2010) 8/10 The second installment is even better than the first! Carla Gugino really steals the show once again as she always does. It's smart witty and shows how your luck can change! The Spaghetti Western Spoof alone is worth watching at the end of the credits.

Hopefully Sebastian Gutierrez pulls the funds to do Women In Ecstasy

What are you even talking about? It has all the "main ingredients" from both the original and remake. It's just takes place in a completely different setting.

Then it's my job to teach them how to do it, how they will be able to master a rockhard dick with their skillfull tongue - simple. I did that once, I'll do it again, no prob for Santa.

Could be my favorite film of the year so far, I was so out of the mood and tired when I first saw this. But I'm so glad I gave it a second chance, as it was an absolutely gorgeous exercise in brutality, and art.

                        • Evil Dead (2013) - Finally got around to watching this. I was quite apprehensive considering the original is one of my favorites. It was pretty good actually, if watched in a vacuum and not in contrast to the original. Plenty of cringe worthy gore and filled with intensity, it stands on it's own I suppose. I think if it was imbued with some sense of fun (even if minor) and the whole addiction plot didn't over-power the story so much, I might have liked it much more. I'm torn between a 7 or 8 out of 10.

I sort of felt the opposite with this remake. It's OK to me. Of course I love the gore and all the blood. However, there was no impending doom in the woods or that eerie feeling like anything and everything could go wrong like the original. In fact it didn't really feel like ANYTHING was lurking around at all. It almost felt like it was just sort of focused on how it affected the body. My 2 cents.
