Irreversible is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good! I wish Gaspar Noe would get making more films. Enter the Void was truly extraordinary. He's one of those rare directors who is trying to do new things which we haven't seen before. He's an artist.

Even with a few plot holes here and there it's still really enjoyable and a great nod to movies of the 80's. The direction is pretty good, nothing spectacular but effective. The acting, mainly Dan Stevens was superb, he really drove the movie on. The soundtrack and the score were both brilliant too, carrying some scenes at times, as did the main actor. I'm not a fan of Wingard and Barrett but I felt this was slightly different from what I'd seen previous to this from the duo, a step up in my opinion. I was maybe expecting a bit more from the third act but it was still executed well and in the end I didn't feel unsatisfied.

        4. There Will Be Blood (2007) - P. T. Anderson
        5. Thirst (2009) - C. Park
        6. Dead Man's Shoes (2004) - S. Meadows

Indeed man, still prefer the soundtrack to Drive though and another that I seen recently, Nightstalker. All three have amazing soundtracks/scores.

The Pyramid - Yyyyyyeeeeesssss!!!! It was silly, and wacky, and surpisingly had no mummies, but finally another big-screen pyramid movie! There just aren't enough out there. I think from now on, at least 10% of all horror movies MUST take place in a pyramid. But seriously, I found it quite enjoyable, and even though the answer to what was going on in the pyramid was outrageous, if you just turn off your brain and enjoy it for being a claustrophobic horror movie, it was great.

I generally hate Supernatural films, but really enjoyed this. Much better than shit like the conjuring.

As far as acting and crisp cinematography goes it's up there.

Storyline is absolutely nothing special it's just a rehash of sinister and 3000000 other supernatural movies of the last 4+ years.

I enjoyed it but wasn't blown away by any means.

The Maze Runner 7/10 I really enjoyed this!! Literally felt like 50% of Cube and 50% of Lord Of The Flies combined together.
