I just watched the first ep. with the Red Dragon. A few more days and I'll have 'em all finished. This season started out kinda meh, but it's coming along nicely.
The season has been near perfect from the very beginning. Hater!
But yeah, shit gets crazy. The early stages with the dragon were actually the weakest part of the season for me, so if you're liking that you should be good from here on out.
Narcos (S01E01, S01E02, S01E03)
Netflix has been back on their bullshit this year between this and Daredevil. This is the network I thought they were going to be when I first watched House of Cards, and the network I wished they could be once the respective second and first seasons of House of Cards, Orange Is the New Black, and Hemlock Grove all shit the bed. Narcos is a gorgeous take on Pablo Escobar and the 80's drug tade that educates, shocks, and leaves you wanting to complete that binge watch after every episode finishes. You aren't going to find more informative and entertaining biopics of this depth anywhere else, so if you can get past the narrative and aesthetic similarities to City of God and the Elite Squad films then you should find plenty to love with this, at least through the first three episodes.
