I've been working out for the past two months 3 days a week, I feel great, and skinnier. But, I'm kinda like Doc, I just go into the gym and just do random free weights and cardio stuff. I don't set certain days as shoulder days or stuff like that. I need to weigh myself again, last time I weighed myself, I was 220, I think I might be down to 210. My goal is 190.
