I've been working out for the past two months 3 days a week, I feel great, and skinnier. But, I'm kinda like Doc, I just go into the gym and just do random free weights and cardio stuff. I don't set certain days as shoulder days or stuff like that. I need to weigh myself again, last time I weighed myself, I was 220, I think I might be down to 210. My goal is 190.

Dang, you don't seem big at all. II was 135 in 8th grade, when I was 5'6, now I'm 6'1 and 140. I look real skinny but it's not my damn fault! There's a new gym opening up down my street, might do a 3 month plan. If anyone wants ripped abs, do this video.

Dang, from your pics, you look like 150 and 5'9 or something. I can gain and lose weight easily, but whatever.

I do about 200 a day from that video I posted. Everyone should try it, I bet you can't complete all 8 exercises.

I run 4 times a week (this hasn't happened in the last 15 months though because running in Iraq can get you killed)

I still do 85-100 Push-ups every day (I am a huge fan of Jedi-style where you have to lift all your weight)

I do about 100 situps every other day.

I am not into trying to get massive though...might get into that once I leave the army. Great work-outs here. Can't wait to get back and try some.

Exercise keeps me sane and my Psyche in check...without it i would probably hop a belltower somewhere and start shooting...i do 600 push ups a day, lift about 4 times a week, run an hour a day, and basically eat nothing but fish, chicken breast, egg whites, fruits and vegetables. I started taking creatine and it's really helping, that and vitamins, B-12 is very important.
