Creatine actually helps? I heard it really only helps if you do some massive lifting and if you don't, it just turns into fat.

The Weight lifting part of that is very similar to my weekly routine.

One day i'll do the chest and shoulders, rest next day, then work the tri-ceps back and biceps.

If your a casual lifter then no, it won't help...but if your dead serious about getting in shape then it will greatly help. For the best results you have to use it more than 8 weeks.

I don't think you need creatine buddy.

Like I said earlier, I was 5'6 and 135 in 8th grade, and now I'm in college and 6'1 and 140. I grew a shitload but the weight didn't put on me.

I did some research, and my ideal weight for my height and age is 155, so I'm not that far off. Maybe you need some help.

My ideal weight is supposed to be 150-160. There is no way I could ever get to that point. The BMI calculator says I am obese at 6-1 and 217. I have about 10 pounds to lose still. I am in excellent shape at 205 and am at 217 now. These calculators are kind of worthless. I'm not sure you can calculate something like this. Everyones skeletal structure is different. I have a huge frame. Even being completely anorexic I would be about 175 and over the limit.

I'll try it out when my On Demand stops its extreme lagging.

I have never done drugs and I never will. I was even the best student in the D.A.R.E. program back in the 80s.

Just started exercising a lot lately since it's getting warmer out. My new thing is rock climbing, which is very tough, but great exercise. I'm about to fix up my mountain bike just to ride around. I have a race in 2 weeks, just a 5k but better than nothing. I was thinking of getting a punching bag, but they are pretty pricey.
