This thread is all about fitness. Discuss your everyday fitness routines, what you eat, and everything. I personally run about 4 times a week, usually 6-10 miles at a time. The most I have run at one time was 12 miles in 1 hour and 45 minutes. I also weight lift about 3 times a week. Nothing big, I'm not trying to be huge, just have a nice tone body. I eat mostly fruits and vegetables, and try to be as healthy as possible.
