Yes practice makes perfect! Depending on how you learn but I always found it easier if I start with the angle or wing. I like it up with the bottom lid and make the line on each side. Then from there I fill it in and draw the rest of the line. Once you make your point leave it alone because if you keep going over it, it will become thicker looking. Good Luck!

Yeah its really hard to do with a pencil! You should also consider Gel liner as well and use an angled brush, it's another great way to get that perfect wing look. )
