Hey Fates, it's your turn again in the draft.

Hey, I just wanted to say congrats on your move to the next round! It was a good battle even though you got all the votes.

I still need to give their self-titled a complete listen to myself, but all of the singles they've released... definitely a step up from New Again and Fred's albums (The former I flat-out hated and WYWTB & Louder... in both cases, I probably only really enjoy maybe half of each album). So yeah, couldn't be happier John and Shaun are back.

Listen to this and this - two demos that I guess are only available on a special release; they lit the fire in me to give them another chance. You'll dig 'em.

    Thanks! Same to you ~
It's hard for me to pick a top 5 actually. This band is so damn good!
I am still listening to them a lot.
Your Joy is My Low is still my #1 though.
    I think then it's,
    2) The Great Shipwreck of Life
    3) This is England (which I didn't care for at first!)
    4) Tear Garden
    5) Skin Vision
    That could change though.

I thought this video was well done too.
I wonder if the movie is any good.

This is a favourite of mine now along with Think of England.

Join Me in Death and Beautiful has got to be in my top 5!
Here is my 2nd fave track from Venus Doom http://youtu.be/d4vAcQo_cws
As for Screamworks, it took me two and a half months to get used to it!
Many fans love it, but I'm not one of them.
It's my least favourite album although I do listen to 4 songs from it often.

I just added some more that I can't stop listening to. The Great Shipwreck of Life, Heatwave, I Like Pretending, Kiss and Swallow (remix) and Simple Girl. I really like Ghosts of Utopia and the video version of Volatile times but they aren't available to me. I was also happy to discover a live version on youtube of Chris singing the Chauffeur with Simon from Duran Duran.
I think the one I like most right now is Your Joy is My Low. Maybe it's because it sounds a bit like Depeche Mode.
I'm glad to hear that you are appreciating HIM again. Since you aren't familiar with anything since Dark Light I urge you to listen to this song from Venus Doom. It's a favourite of mine for sure. (Your honest opinion is wanted) http://youtu.be/rKzfsQSIkOI
