About Me

It all started when I was about four years old and I was at my cousin’s house with my sister. We went down to rent a movie and we ended up renting the Dream Child, which was my first horror movie. A couple weeks later at the same cousin’s house we watched Freddy’s Dead. I quickly became obsessed with the Elm Street movies, and since my movie store didn’t carry them all my dad knew a guy who had them all and graciously traded all his porn for them. Now if that isn’t love, I don’t know what is.

After that I started watching any horror movie I could get my hands on. The one that made me cry the most was, I think, 976-EVIL. My mom wanted to shut it off because I was on the floor bawling, but I wouldn’t let her turn it off and instead I just sat there crying through the entire thing. I was a bit of a wuss. Over the years my best friend, Aaron, has introduced me to a lot of his childhood horror movies and vise versa. Horror is my favorite genre, but my taste does venture far beyond it.
