All discussion pertaining to the draft section goes here. New draft proposals, start date for annual drafts, volunteers to run said drafts ect.

Currently to start a thread in this section you need to have moderator approval, once a draft begins this sanction will be removed, so the draft can be member run as usual. Now that there's an entire sub-section dedicated to drafts, the need for draft thread stickies shouldn't be such an issue.
