It's pretty simple. After people sign up, a drafting order is picked and people take turns making picks. We go down the list and then back up until we finish all the rounds. As for rules... I'm sure Fates Designer will include those when he makes the draft discussion thread for it.

To keep everyone up to speed, here is what Fates and I are thinking for the 2013 Artist Draft:
- Sign-ups run from now until January 7.
- Interested players should PM either Fates Designer or me (not both, we'll save folks the hassle of PMing two people) to secure your position in the draft.
- (Tentative) draft start date: January 9.
- 12 hour deadline for making a pick.
- (Also tentative) 10 rounds.
- Same usual draft rules apply.

The tentative information is only tentative because I haven't heard a final word back from Fates on these items. Everything else, I feel we're fairly certain about. We'll keep everyone posted.
