A 0/10? I know this film gets panned but that score is ridiculous. And the porn comment... not really sure what to say about that...

Redeemable factors for me... solid effects, hot babes, and a slick pace. Overall a very fun sequel IMO. It doesn't touch Aja's film obviously, but still worthy in it's own right.

I really enjoyed the first one. The second fell flat with me though

I'll have to give it a rewatch in the future but didn't care much for it the first time around. It's probably a 2/10 for me. Different strokes for different folks I guess with this one!

I'll forever wonder why Danielle Panabaker signed on to do this...she's a talented young lady. For shame, Ms. Panabaker, for shame.

Piranha 3D was a lot of fun. I feel like the film makers knew what they had. I mean there is no way a film such as this is going to be a classic, remembered as a cinematic marvel in years to come. It was what it was and that was a lot of trashy fun. Throw some blood and boobs on screen and have a bit of fun with it and that's cool. It does it perfectly.

The difference between 3D and 3DD is 3D knew where to draw the line. 3DD is like an unfunny friend who can't tell a joke. They mess up the delivery and so they keep trying to over explain it digging themselves into a deeper and deeper hole. Eventually you are just left with a mess.

You can't knock it for what it isn't trying to be (A "good movie") but it came across as sloppy/borderline annoying at times. Shit just seems to happen with no real reason to it. It was all over the place.

It didn't hurt to have the super skilled Aja direct the first either.
