Horror Film Idea - BLOODY-DISGUSTING

Firstly, does anyone on here live in or near central Virginia? I ask because I have a really neat idea for a horror movie. The only thing is I am broke as hell and thus I had a found footage idea in mind. I want to make a serious attempt with this but I need actors, people interested in makeup, special effects people who are good at creating cool blood and gore effects, a camera man or two, and someone with a good editing software such as Vegas or something. The catch is I cannot pay you out of pocket so you would need to be willing to volunteer and then if the film makes any money all that are involved will be compensated. If anyone is interested please pm me and I can give you more details.

Wish i lived in central VA, i would love to get behind any horror movie, but alas...no one around her makes horror moves..
