Fight Night Champion. What the fuck has kept me from ever buying this???? When I see Bare Knuckle Boxing you can count me in Pretty sweet deal going for hte digital d/l on xbox right now at 10 bucks.

You should just wait a year or two for the "game of the year" or "ultimate" editions. I think it's bs that game companies are allowed to get away with releasing only half the game and then charging more for the rest of it and calling it "DLC".

Yea but most people are willing to pay for DLC and that's how developers make continuous money off of a single game. I don't mind it at all. I'm certainly not going to wait a year or two just to save 15-30 bucks(depending on how much DLC is released). Plus most companies give you the full game right away anyways. DLC is largely comprised of either more maps for online play (COD, Battlefield, etc...) or various other side quests and missions that aren't usually integral to the storyline (Skyrim, GTA, etc...) I just don't see the point in waiting so long.

I can't justify waiting that long either. Besides, I hardly ever get DLC, more because I can't download things that size because of where I live, but I'm not overly fussed on it anyway. I can always take my HDD to a mates place and download DLC there if I ever feel the need.

Dead Space 2

On the second disc now. l'm alright with the game so far but l can see why some didn't like it. lt really does seem to be a lot of the same old same old, and so far l've seen no overall advancement of the story. l didn't think it would be possible, but l'm using only the plasma cutter, just like in the first one. l've actually jumped out of my seat a few times during the course of the game, once at a fucking alarm clock that went off right next to Isaac.

I'm working my way through the God Of War Saga. I've beat the first and I'm almost finished with II.

The games look great in HD, but it's too bad they couldn't redo the cutscenes as well.

What game companies only release, "half the game"?

As for DLC like Map packs or major story add-ons (Fallout, Mass Effect) I can totally justify $10-15 every month or two. If it keeps me coming back and wanting more, more power to them.
