just saw this for the first time and i LOVED it! nice and slow and oozing with atmosphere, black christmas captures the christmas spirit, and then asphyxiates the life out of it. bob clark just makes an absolutely beautiful movie, and the use of dark browns and oak paneling throughout the house, combined with the tudor architecture, really makes it feel christmas-y. The low-lit hallways and bedrooms add to the movies creep factor, which goes through the roof with each creaking floorboard and unpleasant crank call. black christmas totally jingle bell rocks.

Watched this last night.

Such a creepy movie. It really does send shivers up the spine. Love the POV and the shots of the empty hallways in that huge house. Really adds to the creep factor.

One of the best, watched it Christmas night as I always do.

I might even go as far to say that I prefer it over Halloween...
