I haven't read it since high school myself! Need to get around to the sequels. I have a couple of them, just need to read find them and read them!

@Dolly. Your decaying flesh statement reminded me of something that I saw online recently. In Russia, some people are making a drug out of some pretty caustic substances. Continued use makes their flesh rot and fall off their bones. I saw a few videos that were quite graphic. They were the closest thing to the living dead that I have seen.

Preston & Child continue to write in stride with Agent Pendergast. My biggest contention with the book is that it's the Spoiler Below

start of a planned trilogy which sucks, 'cause that means two more longs books 'til the conclusion, though I guess it's good there are at least two more Pendergast stories coming,

but otherwise, after a slow start the book picks up steam and is a page-turner to the end.

Clickers 2:The Next Wave by J.f Gonzalez and Brian Keene- I had a lot of fun with this book.Don't take it seriously, just sit back and enjoy.

Nasty nasty. I can handle flesh rotting though it's the parasite section that made me gag. There's a worm that live in you're leg and creates this huge pustial boil where it lays it eggs and whenever you get in the water it bursts and maggots go everywhere.

I know this probably isn't real, but I heard someone mention something about a creature that can swim up your piss stream, into your dick hole, and then it shoots out these barbs whilst inside your penis.

I'm sure it is from some work of fiction, but either way it's quite painful sounding.
