No. It's not. At all. Ghostface and Myers are nothing alike. Crowley is like a mix between part II Jason and zombie Jason. A strong mutated backwoods hick killer who supposedly died when he was a young boy. Oh, and he was retarded just like Jason. Pretty similar.

This post shows that you completely misconstrued what I meant. Ghostface was inspired by Michael Myers, & Kevin Williamson has said himself that Scream was one big tribute to Halloween while poking fun at the genre, & that's 100% true. Victor Crowley was a character Adam created around age eight, before he even knew what F13th was about, so Victor's not a Jason rip-off.

There are a lot of deformed, monstrous killers in film, that doesn't make them Jason rejects, especially when said character is more badass & gnarly than the character he's supposedly a "reject" of.

We all seem to be forgetting that Jason got his ass handed to him by Freddy. You think Victor wouldn't do the same?
