Your thoughts on the new Bloody-Disgusting - BLOODY-DISGUSTING

I know a lot of you die hards are too cool for the main page, but if you check it out let me know what you think here. It's still in the development stage and we'll be adding/changing a lot of things as time goes on so now is the perfect time to get your voice heard.

Be specific though, if you don't like it tell me why and what should be done to change it. "Chrisby" like comments will be ignored

Also if you find a bug or something that doesn't seem to be working properly let me know and if possible provide a link and we'll take care of it right away.

I think the logo on the main page needs to be on the legacy. So superior to the current one.

Have you ever thought about skins for the board? Like, the one before this current one was the best skin ever. I was in love with it. I wish it were still around.

Otherwise, it looks great.

I like the new alternating story shuffler that highlight the current news, I don't exactly know what to call it. It's currently rotating between Spiral - Eden - My Bloody Valentine - NOES. Anyway, I like the professional look it brings. The only aspect I didn't really like was the location of the three google ads at the top where the banner used to be. I'm not saying to dump advertising, I understand it's necessity, but the ads are the first thing you look at. And with the larger single google ad along the right hand side, it looks at first glance like two thirds of the page is an advertisement.

Maybe if the three google ads were worked in along the middle of the page, right above the horror headline section it might flow a little better and appear more seamless and unobtrusive. You could even leave the larger google add where it is, because it blends in adequately. Ultimately, I just think whatever banner or font used should stretch entirely across the top of the page. Right now the Bloody-Disgusting logo seems jammed in on the left.

The main page feels a bit crowded, but it definitely offers all you need in one spot. I'll get used to it. Good stuff.

thanks, the legacy will be getting a mild makeover to so we can incorporate the new header. profiles will also be cleaned up and we'll include things like your user reviews and recent comments.

yeah i see what you're saying.. we have a lot more freedom now as far as ads go and i'll definitely try to makes the ads flow a little better. google ads are the defaults in all the rotations so once we start filling up our inventory you'll see them less.
